Iveco · Heavy-duty financing campaign

One message, five formats, one afternoon.

ClientIveco Brazil, via Uaify agency
Year2022
RoleLayout & adaptation
ToolsPhotoshop, Illustrator

Challenge

The truck maker had a financing offer with a short window. The agency needed an Instagram carousel, a feed post, a web banner and a landing page hero in two breakpoints, all from the brand’s key visual, and all approved the same day.

What I did

I set one grid and one type scale for every size, then adapted the hero trucks, the “immediate delivery” seal and the offer text format by format. Headlines were kept to three lines so they stay readable at carousel size on a phone.

Result

Full set delivered inside the agency’s same-day deadline, consistent across every format. The carousel and landing page ran in Iveco Brazil’s paid-media campaign.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Slide 1

“Heavy-duty opportunity to secure your Iveco truck.”

Slide 2

Seal: “Immediate delivery.”

Slide 3

“CDC (consumer financing) over 60 months, with up to 6 months’ grace period.”

Slide 5

“Get your beast now!” The Portuguese word bruto is truckers’ slang for a tough, powerful truck.

Minas um Luxo · Media kit & holiday campaign

Audience numbers an advertiser can read in a minute, and a Christmas series that feels like home.

ClientLifestyle & gastronomy portal, Minas Gerais
Year2025
RoleEditorial layout, infographic, social series
ToolsInDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Challenge

A regional portal needed to sell advertising for the first time. It had Google Analytics numbers and warm photography, but no document that put the two together for a restaurant owner or a hotel manager.

What I did

I designed a vertical media kit that reads like the portal itself: a photo mosaic cover, one page of audience numbers with icons and short plain-language captions, and one page of ad formats with prices. For December, a Christmas series for feed and stories using the region’s table: cheese bread, coffee, candles, the mountains through a window.

Result

The kit became the portal’s standard sales document, sent to prospective advertisers as PDF and as story pages. The Christmas series ran across the portal’s Instagram in December 2025.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Name

“Minas um Luxo” is a pun: Minas Gerais is the state, and the phrase means “Minas is a luxury.”

Our numbers

Partnership formats

Banner 768×120 across sections (R$1,500) · Banner 300×300 site-wide (R$1,900) · Advertorial article (R$2,100) · “UAI! Aqui Tem!” supplier guide listing (R$850) · Event coverage with reporter, photographer and video (R$3,500).

Christmas story

“A Christmas served with affection, flavor and memory. From Minas to your table.”

Camilo Taveira · Creator media kit

Instagram insights pulled, cleaned and charted; copy and first layouts drafted with AI, then art-directed by hand.

ClientFood & city content creator, Belo Horizonte
Year2026
RoleConcept, data visualization, layout, copy
ToolsClaude Code, Python charts, Illustrator, InDesign

Challenge

A creator with 7.5K followers but 1.1 million views in 90 days needed to prove that reach to restaurants and brands. The numbers lived in Instagram Insights screenshots, and the kit had to be refreshed every month without a redesign.

What I did

I built a small design system (“placa,” the enamel street-sign look of Belo Horizonte) and a data file the kit is generated from. Insights are exported, cleaned and charted; the first copy and layout passes come from an AI agent I set up, and I art-direct the result: type, color, hierarchy, what stays and what goes. Delivered as an 8-page vertical PDF and as individual story pages.

Result

The October 2026 kit went from raw insights to approved PDF in two working days, and the next monthly update is a data refresh, not a redesign. Views by format are shown honestly: reels 69.7%, stories 28%, posts 2.3%.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese

Club S · Brand & sponsorship deck

A monogram, a tone of voice and a vertical deck meant to be read slowly, on a phone.

ClientMembers’ experience club for women, Belo Horizonte
Year2025–2026
RoleIdentity, copy direction, presentation design
ToolsIllustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

Challenge

A new club wanted sponsors before its first event. It had a clear idea (small, curated, by invitation) but no visual identity and nothing to send to a brand manager.

What I did

A thin-line S monogram inside a ring, deep burgundy with candlelight photography, and a nine-page vertical deck. The copy is short and declarative so each page is one idea: curation, not crowds; return in quality of impact; come in, the rest you discover.

Result

The deck is the club’s only sales document and is sent directly from the founder’s phone. The identity carries to invitations, member cards and event signage without a redesign.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Cover

“A project of exclusive experiences and connections.”

Positioning

“Curation, not crowds. Club S starts small so it can be real: only 69 women per edition, hand-picked. We are not a mass club; we are a network of belonging. The mood is always celebration, safety and respect. Access by invitation and member card only, for those who recognize the value of belonging.” Quote: “Exclusive isn’t about luxury. It’s about access.”

What sponsors get

“Return in quality of impact.” Qualified exposure: association with an aspirational club and presence in all materials. Direct experience: tasting or sensory activation with the audience’s genuine attention. Loyalty: an emotional bond; the brand is associated with moments of pleasure and exchange. Positioning: concrete support for diversity and inclusion, with mature communication aligned with premium brands.

Closing

“Come in. The rest, you discover. Let’s talk about the future of your brand at Club S.”

Regina Salomão · “Let’s Celebrate!” Winter 15

Personalized print cards for invited fashion bloggers, and the social posts that announced them.

ClientFashion brand, Belo Horizonte
Year2015
RolePrint cards, social posts, event materials
ToolsIllustrator, Photoshop

Challenge

The brand launched its winter collection with three invited fashion bloggers and wanted each of them to feel personally received, in print, with the same campaign look that was running online.

What I did

Working from the campaign photography, I prepared a welcome card for each guest (18×15 cm), a thank-you card (15×15 cm) and the “confirmed guests” post for Facebook and Instagram. Black glitter stock, white type, one lockup. Print files with bleed and crop marks, checked with the printer.

Result

Cards were handed to the guests at the event and photographed for their own channels; the same system covered print and social with no extra design time.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese

“Carol, to celebrate is to joyfully honor the art of living. You, confident, determined and bold, are our inspiration, our star. Thank you for being with us once again.” Signed Regina Salomão.

Case IH · “Fazenda Conectada” web series

A landing page for an eight-episode agricultural web series, laid out for desktop, tablet and mobile.

ClientCase IH Brazil, via Uaify agency
Year2022
RoleLayout & responsive adaptation
ToolsPhotoshop, Illustrator, Figma

Challenge

Case IH had produced a web series about its connected-farm technology and needed a page that would hold the video, explain the series in a paragraph and send visitors to the blog, in the brand’s dark, industrial look, on any screen.

What I did

Starting from the client’s key visual, I organized the content into a single column that works on all three breakpoints: hero with the series logo and presenter, a short intro, the video module with a clear play target, and one red call to action. I handed the agency’s web team layered files and a spacing spec.

Result

The page went live for the series launch and was built as specified, with no layout revisions requested after handoff. It is the kind of work a farm-country employer recognizes at a glance.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Title

“Fazenda Conectada” means “Connected Farm.” “Web series: check out the Connected Farm web series.”

Intro

“Case IH produced a special web series to bring you even closer to digital agriculture. We prepared eight episodes that show, up close, how the Case IH Connected Farm works. Come see all the benefits of a 100% connected farm and how connectivity raises efficiency and productivity in the field.”

Calls to action

“Click and watch now.” · “Visit the blog and learn more.” · “Back to top.”

“Mineiro nos EUA” · My own channel, run by a studio I built

Daily bilingual reels from a 12-day road trip, produced by an AI pipeline I designed, with my hands on the final cut.

ChannelInstagram @guixlacerda, bilingual (PT/EN)
Year2026 (since September)
RoleCreator, editor, system designer
ToolsiPhone, Whisper, Claude agents, Python, FFmpeg, Premiere

Challenge

Publish every day of a road trip from Minnesota to Nashville, Miami and Orlando (October 14–26, 2026), for two audiences at once: Brazilians curious about life in the U.S. and the Americans around me. Editing one reel by hand took about two hours. Twelve days of that would have meant not living the trip.

What I did

I built Social Studio, a four-step pipeline that runs on a Mac mini at home. Footage leaves the phone through a shared album; speech is transcribed; four AI agents (curator, reviewer, translator, writer) pick the clips, check names and facts, and draft the caption; the reel is rendered with captions in the language the viewer does not hear, text kept away from faces, audio normalized, and lands in a “To Post” album with the caption ready. Five cycles a day. The editorial rules are mine: one climax per reel, 50 to 55 seconds, nothing I didn’t shoot. When a piece deserved it, I did the cut by hand.

Result

In the 30 days ending October 29, the channel had 56,634 views from 27,526 viewers and 1,052 interactions (Instagram Insights). That is 79% of the previous 90 days’ views in one third of the time. Reels carried 50K of those views, most of them from people who do not follow the account. 51 reels and stories were delivered since September 17, 36 of them during the trip, and the best ones reached about 2,000 views each within days.

Day 1 · Leaving HutchinsonSpoken in Portuguese, captioned in English. Says: “Day 1, Minnesota to Tennessee, 13 hours on the road. The plan was to leave at 7:30.”
Epic Universe · Into the Ministry of MagicSays: “Real Floo powder: I stepped into the fireplace and came out at the Ministry of Magic.” Shot at 8 pm on the last ride of the day.
End of the trip · Two days solo, Orlando to MinnesotaSays: “Goodbye in Kissimmee, 18-hour smoked brisket in Gainesville, cotton fields in Georgia and a night at a Motel 6 in Murfreesboro.”
What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Channel name

“Mineiro nos EUA” means “a guy from Minas Gerais in the USA.” Minas Gerais is my home state in Brazil.

Reel 1 caption

“Day 1: Minnesota to Tennessee, 13 hours on the road. (The plan was to leave at 7:30.)” On screen: packing the car, leaving at 8:00 Minnesota time, a quick stop for gas, light rain, “let’s go!”

Reel 2 caption

“Real Floo powder: I stepped into the fireplace and came out at the Ministry of Magic. At Epic Universe, the queue for Battle at the Ministry is a ride in itself: green fireplaces, a giant atrium with Umbridge on trial on the big screen, talking portraits, Mad-Eye Moody and her pink office. Shot at 8 pm, on the last ride of the day. Would you step into that fireplace? Send this to the Potterhead friend who hasn’t been to Epic yet.”

Reel 3 caption

“End of the trip: two days alone at the wheel, from Orlando to Minnesota. Goodbye in Kissimmee, brisket smoked for 18 hours in Gainesville, a cotton plantation in Georgia and a night at the Motel 6 in Murfreesboro (not even breakfast the next morning). Would you drive back alone or fly? Send this to the friend who’s up for any road trip.”

Captions are bilingual by rule: whatever language is spoken, the on-screen caption is the other one, so both audiences can watch with the sound off.

Stellantis · Recognition & incentive programs

Three internal programs, two languages, one visual system: e-cards, banners, letters, e-mails and playlist covers for the Latin American teams.

ClientStellantis LATAM, via Go Together agency
Year2021–2022
RoleGraphic designer, PT/ES internal comms
ToolsIllustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint

Challenge

After the Fiat Chrysler and PSA merger, Stellantis ran three people programs in Latin America: Way (peer recognition), Elite (top-performer rewards) and PIC, a sales incentive plan. Each needed a steady stream of pieces that HR and sales leaders could send the same day, in Portuguese and Spanish, inside a corporate brand with strict rules.

What I did

I built a kit rather than one-off art. For Way, a library of 36 recognition e-cards (Jedi, Team Work, Safety First, Kaizen…) with an emoji-and-type formula that any new value could join, then the full Spanish set. For Elite, banners, award letters and cards and a “dinner at home” Spotify cover for the experience rewards. For PIC, the annual-cycle mandala, explainer e-mails, a six-step countdown series for month and quarter closings, and a simulator e-mail so each salesperson could check their own bonus.

Result

The e-card library became the programs’ recognition language in both languages, and the PIC series ran every closing cycle through 2022. For an HR or communications team this is the closest thing to the job: templated, bilingual, on brand and fast.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese and Spanish
Program names

“Way” is the peer-recognition program; “Elite” rewards top performers with experiences; “PIC” stands for Plano de Incentivo Comercial, the Sales Incentive Plan. The tagline on both banners reads “Recognition takes us further.”

E-cards

Each card pairs a value with a one-line reason: “Jedi: attitude and collaboration,” “Team Work: you play as a team,” “Safety First: you value safe activities and behaviors,” “Think Green: you make the environment better,” “You Rock: with you, things happen.” The Spanish set keeps the same colors and emoji so a card is recognizable across plants.

PIC e-mails

“How the process works”: target × KPI × multiplier = bonus. The countdown series reads “Preliminary close,” “Official month close,” “Month target,” “Last week,” “Two days to the close,” “Quarter close.” The leaders’ edition ends with “See you at the top.” The simulator e-mail says “Click here to access. Focus on the goals and go all in.”

Two small-business websites, designed and shipped

A ceramics school and a medical-equipment company. Design, copy, build and publishing, live at their own domains.

ClientsOnggi Studio · Reparar Soluções Médicas
Year2026
RoleDesign, content, build, publishing
ToolsHTML/CSS, AI-assisted coding, nginx on own server

Challenge

Two very different owners, the same problem: no website, or one that nobody trusted. Onggi Studio is a ceramics school and atelier in Belo Horizonte that needed to sell classes and show the artist’s collections. Reparar rents and services X-ray, CT and ultrasound equipment for clinics and needed to look like a company a hospital would call at 2 a.m.

What I did

For each one I ran the whole thing: interviewed the owner, wrote the content, designed the page system, built it in plain HTML and CSS with AI-assisted coding, and published it on a server I manage, with HTTPS and WhatsApp as the main call to action. Onggi got a warm editorial look, serif type and the artist’s own photos; Reparar got a clinical white-and-red grid with a card for every service and a 24-hour badge.

Result

Both sites are live, fast and mobile-first, and each owner can send a single link instead of a PDF. Click the screenshots or visit onggistudio.com.br and rpmedica.com.br.

Outback Steakhouse · Staff communication for a restaurant

A monthly staff mural, a hand-hygiene infographic and do-and-don’t posters for servers, in the brand’s outback palette.

ClientOutback Steakhouse, Brazilian franchise unit
FormatMonthly 5–6 page mural, A3 posters
RoleEditorial layout, infographics, copy editing
ToolsInDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

Challenge

A restaurant team changes every month and reads nothing that looks like a memo. Management needed food-safety rules, sales rankings, training recaps and the brand’s national campaign to reach the back-of-house wall in a way servers would actually stop and read.

What I did

I designed a mural system in the brand colors, cream, oxblood and the mountain logo, with one page per subject and a fixed template: big title, one-line subtitle, short text, a photo or illustration. Health-agency content was redrawn as friendly infographics (the twelve-step hand wash, the “no / yes” kitchen comparison), rankings got portraits, and birthdays got a cake. For servers I made photo-comic “Waiter in action” posters with red strike-throughs on what not to do.

Result

The mural became the unit’s monthly routine, delivered as print-ready PDFs with crop marks, and the hand-hygiene poster stayed up at the sinks. It is the same job as a company newsletter or a safety board, done for people on their feet.

What it saysTranslated from Portuguese
Page titles

“Higienização das Mãos” is “Hand hygiene”; “Ranking de Vendas,” “Sales ranking”; “Treinamentos,” “Training”; “Atendimento,” “Service”; “Parabéns,” “Congratulations”; “Eu ouvi Outback?” is the brand’s campaign line, “Did I hear Outback?”, used when someone celebrates good news.

Hygiene strip

Two cooks: “Did you know thousands of people get sick from eating contaminated food?” “Yes. That’s why we have to follow the health-agency rules.” Customer: “Good to know you care about hygiene when preparing food. That way we can eat with peace of mind.” Source credited to the national health agency, ANVISA.

How I work

AI-assisted production, art-directed by hand

I build small systems so the repetitive part of content production runs on its own, and my time goes to the story, the layout and the client. Everything below is in daily use, self-hosted on a Mac mini and a small server.

01

Capture

Footage and photos land in a shared album from the phone. A watcher picks them up and sorts them by day and subject.

02

Caption & cut

Speech is transcribed, captions are timed and styled from a template, and reels and stories are rendered without me at the keyboard.

03

Review

I get a contact sheet and a quality-check frame per video, approve or fix, and the finished files return to a “To Post” album with the caption text.
